Learn-To-Lift is a 3 session programme ideal for anyone looking to Learn how to Mobilise their body through functional weight-lifting. The programme is suitable for anyone new or experienced in fitness and looking to diversify their range of body motion to increase strength, power, speed, flexibility & coordination. These elements are hugely beneficial for weight-loss, toning, muscle building, sports, general life fitness and health.
Below is a summary of each session. You will see a focus on Warm up and Mobilisation which is key in preparation for any form of exercise or sport.
Once you have completed this programme you will be more clear of your body and more confident in your ability. The NEXT STEP would be to establish a specific programme in line with your life and fitness goals alongside your new weight-lifting skills. We can help you with this....
